Terms of Service
Last updated: September 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Telecom Hire mobile application and related services (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & account approval
You must provide accurate identity, contact and verification information (including Aadhar and any required certifications) to create an account. Access to job listings and work is subject to admin review and approval, and we may decline, suspend or revoke approval at our discretion, including for incomplete, inaccurate or expired documentation.
2. The nature of the marketplace
Telecom Hire is a platform that connects field technicians, engineers, riggers and splicers with telecom site work posted by site admins and coordinators. Telecom Hire facilitates job matching, safety workflows and payment tracking; it does not guarantee the availability, suitability or continuity of any specific job.
3. Applying for and completing jobs
- Job listings show pay, location, date, shift window and required crew size; applying does not guarantee acceptance.
- Accepted jobs may require completing an on-site toolbox talk before work-start unlocks.
- You are responsible for arriving on time, following site safety procedures, and using SOS and incident reporting when appropriate.
- Job status (Accepted, Declined, Completed) is tracked in the App and may be updated by admins based on site records.
4. Payments
Payment amounts, deductions (such as material loss or damage) and status (Pending, Processed, On Hold) are shown per job in the Payments tab and follow the applicable internal approval process. Processed payments are credited to your in-app wallet with a payment reference. Disputed amounts should be raised through site chat or support promptly after the job is marked complete.
5. Safety, insurance & incidents
Daily insurance coverage referenced in the App applies to confirmed work days as described at the time of the job and is subject to the terms of the applicable insurance policy. SOS and incident reporting are tools to escalate safety issues quickly and do not replace emergency services — always contact local emergency services directly for life-threatening situations.
6. Your conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false identity, verification or job information.
- Misuse SOS or incident reporting for non-genuine situations.
- Share your account or technician ID with another person.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of site safety rules.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, safety policy violations, fraudulent activity, or expired/invalid verification documents. You may stop using the App at any time; obligations relating to completed jobs and payments survive termination.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telecom Hire is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or participation in jobs listed on it.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by local law in your jurisdiction.
