Telecom networks are built and maintained by people — technicians on towers, riggers on masts, splicers on fiber, engineers coordinating it all. Telecom Hire exists to connect that talent with real, nearby work, and to give the sites hiring them a way to verify who is actually on site.
We built the app around the two things field work can't compromise on: getting paid for the work you did, and going home safe at the end of the shift.
